Shipping Policy
Elysian Arts is as excited for you to receive your order as you are, so we will always endeavour to get your purchase dispatched as soon as we can. Our shipping delivery time estimates and costs are given below:

Standard shipping | 2 - 5 business days | £3.95 or free for orders over £45:00
Express shipping | 1 - 2 business days | £5.95 or free for orders over £145:00

Europe
Standard shipping | 3 - 7 business days | £10.95 or free for orders over £145:00

Worldwide
Standard shipping | 5 - 10 business days | £19.95 for orders less than 1 kg
Standard shipping | 5 - 10 business days | £29.95 for orders over 1 kg but less than 5 kg

For any deliveries outside of the UK, and where applicable, customs charges are payable by the customer.

For orders received before 12 pm GMT Monday to Friday, we will aim for same day dispatch.

Exchange & Return Policy
We work closely with our manufactures to ensure we provide quality, high functioning Jiu Jitsu apparel, streetwear and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, refer to our exchange and returns policies for more instruction on how to return your items.

EXCHANGES
Elysian Arts Ltd is not able to offer exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong product, colour or size, you will need to make a returns request (see below for how) and make a new order for the item(s) you require in exchange.

RETURNS
We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you are not completely satisfied we offer a full refund if notified, subject to the conditions below:

A refund request is made within 14 days of receipt

All item(s) must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear, washing or accidental damage

All original packaging and tags still attached where feasible

Items are returned within 14 days of a refund approval and receipt of the returns instructions from us

Elysian Arts Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund request where any of the above conditions are not met. Please contact us if you are unsure so we can instruct you accordingly.

To make a return, please email as at sales@elysianartsldn.com so we can advise you of the next steps. We recommend using a tracking service when you make a return since we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable, for returning your item.

On receipt of your product and successful inspection, refunds will be made using the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days to reach your account.
